7) Random-coil and Beta-sheet Make up random -coil portions little by little referring to maps X-Y, X-Z and attach them to the backbone. Adjust to a complete form when fixing them with support and suspension material in the frame (See FRAME). A beta-sheet portion is formed when random portions are attached to the backbone and hydrogen bonds are connected together by Flexible Tude (Bio-26) The structure will become firm gradually and the beta-sheet portions will be seen in the structure. |
