Aromatic part has 3 bonds each extending in 3 directions on a plane. One of them is Hornshapes, working as male (+) for connection, and the other two work as female (-) using the holes. Female bonds can be turned into male by inserting Connector DRG-20 to the holes. ·Benzene ring : insert a male bond into female and connect 6 aromatic parts one to another. Then a benzene ring will be formed. ·Double bonding: When Carbon aromatic are duble bonded, their rotation must be restricted. In this case, put ORG-21Double bond lock between Carbon atoms connection, so that small protrusions on the bonds fit into the cut-outs of the Locking double bond.(Fig-2) ·Oxygen single bond 120 : This part becomes necessary for phosphate ester & when purine ring and pyrimidine ring are hydrogen bonded. In such a case, ORG-7 sp2 (aromatic oxygen) can be used after cutting off one female bond at its root with nippers etc. (Fig-3) |
