6. Parts : Oxygen double bond, Halogen, Hydrogen
Oxygen double bond and Hydrogen are similar in shape but designed
to different distance from the center according to each covalent radius.
Hydrogen is classified into four colors. This is used to classify dimer,
and to make easily to understand the part of the active group when protein
model is made.
Atoms of Halogen is not contained in this set. But fluorine can be made
other color of oxygen according to the order.
