A regular tetrahedral-1 has 4 bonds each extending from the center
at bond angle of 109° 28'. from adjacent bonds.
Three of them are 'Horn'-shaped and works as male ( + ) for connection.
.
Remaining one work as female ( - ) using the hole.
Connecting one part to another with connectors will form a chain hydrocarbon.
Bond length is same in Carbon Tetrahedral-1(black), Nitrogen Tetrahedral-1
(blue), Oxygen Tetrahedral-1(red). Accuracy may be enough (It is different
0.05 mm carbon from oxygen.) for simply viewing shape of molecule, although
it depends on the purpose of constructing a structure.
