Attach A-T, G-C Pairs etc to Arms prepared in Sect-2. The order of placing Base Pairs is random for DNA-A, -B but that for DNA-Z shoud be CGCGCG cc alternate.

  • DNA-A, -B : Attach NI (hydrogen bond root portion) of Purine Ring to the clamp of supporting Arm (Fig-11, -12)
Attach Deoxyribose (forming a chain with phosphate group) to the clamp located distant from the center of helix, i.e. in the outer part of helix.
  • DNA-Z : Attach the NI (hydrogen bond root portion) of Pyrimidine Ring to the clamp of the Arm. Deoxyribose forming a chain with phosphate group should be placed near the center of helix unlike the case DNA-A, -B.

  • Double Helices RNA : Attach the NI and Deoxyribose in the same way as DNA-A, -B(Fig-13)

  • Triple Helices DNA : Attach NI (hydrogen bond root portion) of the center Purine Ring to the clamp of the supporting Arm.
Deoxyribose forming a chain with phosphate group should be placed distant from the center of helix, i.e. in the outer part of helix.
