6) Alpha-helix
Three-dimensional struture of a protein consists of alpha-helix spiral portion, beta-sheet flat surface portion and random-coil portion, which are called Secondary structures of a protein. PDB data includes numbers of peptides forming the alpha-helix. Prepare the helices beforehand and insert them into the backbone using each of them as one unit.
