1) This model is prepared to assemble a biological macromolecule such as DNA or proteins. It is designed with 1A=1cm so that the assembled molecule should not occupy much space. Moreover , it is light and has a steady matched combination of parts and is manufactured so as the conformation of the molecule will not collapse. Strong polyacetate resin is used so the material will not wear out, and the coloring black, red, blue, yellow, and white makes it easy to distinguish one from another. The distance between molecules is accurately set to scale 1 
= 1cm. Model pieces are colored in red, blue, black, white etc and are
partially assembled into units for amino acid backbones, A-T & G-C pairs,
deoxyriboses, phosphate groups and ready to use in the study of 3-dimensional
structures.This Set contains indication plates/labels (ALA,GLY etc), number plates /labels (1-100), supplementary parts Hydrogen, Oxygen for use in assembling polypeptide end, RNA structures. This is a set for studying basic structures of proteins & nucleic acid, and does not contain stands, frames or supporting material. Please order them additionally, when needed. |
